Strategic Acquisitions. We work with equity partners who are strategic entrepreneurial investors in a series of "one-off" deals. We source distressed operating assets and real estate, and utilize our understanding of the insolvency laws to efficiently navigate acquisitions.
Corporate Reorganizations. We work with struggling companies that are worth saving, but whose financial condition does not justify fresh capital. We assume management control, direct the financial and operational restructuring, and position the enterprise for sale - either back to prior owners, to one of our equity partners, or on the open market.
